Join our 8-year-old e-commerce fitness equipment store requires an experienced virtual assistant/customer service rep to provide support services for our North American based team. Duties will include:
– Obtaining shipping quotes
– Simple customer service emails
– Managing, fulfilling and following up on our orders from our 3PL
– Submitting shipping insurance claims
– Providing support by phone/slack to our team.
– Social media response.
– Amazon skills such as product listing editing
– Manage and respond to product reviews.
– Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
– Create monthly contests, pick contest winners and send them their prizes.
– Basic photo editing, i.e. adding water marks, resizing images, etc.
– Creating orders and invoices in woocommerce./Xero
– Amazon FBA feedback removal for product reviews left in seller feedback.
– Paying off credit cards/refunding customers
– Price/stock -monitoring of competitors products
Must have experience with:
Ideally, have experience with
– Flow project management
– Passion for fitness
Hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 Mountain standard time
