I am a customer service professional with over four years of experience. I can handle all customer service duties such as answer customer queries and resolve sales disputes. Additionally, I can write impeccably in both English and Swahili. I have written brochures, leaflets, newsletters, reports, project briefs, and concept notes in both languages. I can organize meetings, training, and workshops and later prepare and disseminate reports, action plans, and minutes to relevant stakeholders which inform decision making. Also, I have carried out several rapporteur tasks.
Regarding the organizational image, I have improved a company’s visibility on social media from zero views to thousands. I have revamped the website by designing it and giving it a fresh look. I constantly updated the website with new and relevant information to reach the targeted audience. I uploaded videos and photos alongside with written material that I designed myself. I have introduced social media into an organization and managed all sites successfully. More so, I introduced online backup of information and data on cloud to improve the institutional memory and accountability.
